Pasadena adult Bible Study

Mike Slaughter’s book Change the World: Recovering the Message and Mission of Jesus forms the basis for the six-week DVD and discussion series starting Sunday, October 21.   

Slaughter sees the 21st Century church in active mission to “[be] in radical service to those in need,” redefine what we mean by loving our neighbor, vision ways to make the basic necessities of food and water available to all, answer the call to be healers, respond to disasters and serve together as disciples to change the world.   

This Sunday morning study series is offered in conjunction with SpiritSeekers’ Sunday evening series of speakers and panels “Change the World: Our Call To Serve,” starting October 14.
